Stop the East-West Divide. End Exclusionary Zoning. Build Workforce and Affordable Housing in all of Prince William County.
Affordable and workforce housing is desperately needed throughout Prince William County. But the need is felt most in Western Prince William County, where virtually no affordable housing exists due to years of exclusionary housing practices.
Currently, the only affordable housing project proposed for western Prince William County, Highpointe at Haymarket, is under attack by special interests who are opposed to affordable housing.
We need to stop the efforts to make portions of western Prince William County off-limits to affordable housing through exclusionary housing practices and misinformation.
Tell the Prince William County Planning Commission, County staff and the Board of County Supervisors that you support affordable and workforce housing in every corner of the County.
Families for Affordable Housing is a campaign made up of community activists, faith leaders, and affordable housing advocates to ensure the issue of Affordable Housing is a top priority of our County leaders.
